Please note our Cancellations, Substitutions and Transferring Locations Policy:
CANCELLATIONS must be received in writing (7) seven business days prior to the day of the seminar for a full refund. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the seminar date will receive a partial refund as most hotels bill us for food guarantee numbers contracted to be called in 5-7 days before the event.
2) SUBSTITUTIONS of attendees may be made at ANY time- please contact us ASAP with name changes so that we may process the change and print certificates.
3) TRANSFERRING LOCATIONS can be made seven (7) business days or more prior to the day of the registered seminar. Transferring Locations witin seven (7) business days of the registered seminar may result in a "Transfer Fee" due to expenses incurred at the original location.
