Jeff Sailor Seminars Policies for Substitutions, Transfers, Cancellation & Refund, Course Cancellation by Sponsor, Complaints, and Heath Safety (COVID-19) - Revised 4/17/2023:
1) SUBSTITUTIONS:
Attendees for LIVE IN PERSON and LIVE ONLINE courses may be substituted prior to the start of the course -- please contact us ASAP with name changes so that we may process the change and update certificates.
2) TRANSFERS:
LIVE IN PERSON - Transferring locations can be made seven (7) business days or more prior to the day of the registered seminar. Transferring Locations within seven (7) business days of the registered seminar may result in a "Transfer Fee" due to expenses incurred at the original location.
LIVE ONLINE - Transferring event dates can be made three (3) business days or more prior to the day of the registered seminar.
LIVE MONITORED WEBCAST - You can transfer to another webcast yourself at jeff.advancecpe.com. Go to the Course Title and Event Date of the webcast you registered for to get to the start page with the countdown clock. Click on "Cancel my enrollment: restore my tokens" -- this will refund your unused TOKENS. Your Tokens do not expire. To check your available TOKENS balance, click on the Account tab and then TOKENS. Any problems, please click on the CHAT button (circle bottom right on the screen) and message Tech Support.
3) CANCELLATION & REFUND:
LIVE IN PERSON - Cancellations must be received in writing via email or letter seven (7) business days prior to the day of the seminar for a full refund. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the seminar date will receive a partial refund as most hotels bill us for food guarantee numbers contracted to be called in 7 days before the event.
LIVE ONLINE - If you are unable to “attend” a Live Online course, you must notify us three (3) business days prior to the start of the course by calling Jeff Sailor Seminars at 352-732-4422 or emailing us at cpe@jeffsailor.com. When cancelled prior to the course and where no CPE credit has been granted, your cancellation options include: a) transfer your registration to one of our other courses at no fee or b) or a full refund.
LIVE MONITORED WEBCAST - If you are unable to “attend” a webcast, you must notify us one (1) business day prior to the start of the webcast by calling Jeff Sailor Seminars at 352-732-4422 or emailing us at cpe@jeffsailor.com. When cancelled prior to the webcast and where no CPE credit has been granted, your cancellation options include:
a) transfer of your registration to one of our other webcast courses at no fee
b) or receive a full refund, less a $25 administration/cancellation fee
4) COURSE CANCELLATION BY JEFF SAILOR SEMINARS:
In the event that Jeff Sailor Seminars cancels a CPE course, registrants will be notified via email and offered the option to transfer to another course or receive a full refund.
5) COMPLAINTS:
Submit complaints by calling us at 352-732-4422 or by emailing us at cpe@jeffsailor.com.
6) HEALTH SAFETY -COVID-19 WARNING:
